1.2. After we receive and process your request, we will contact you to confirm the possibility of accommodation

1.3.You will receive a confirmation of your booking on the e-mail address you have provided. It will describe the type and number of rooms booked, the check-in and check-out dates of the JOYA Park complex, the number of adults and children specified in the booking request, the basis of board and the amount due.

1.4. At the discretion of JOY PARK COMPLEX, a security deposit of thirty (30) % of the total booking amount may be specified as a required deposit to be paid prior to check-in. We expect payment from you within 7 (seven) business days after our e-mail is sent to you (unless another time frame is agreed between the parties). The balance of the total amount of your reservation is payable on the day of check-in. If you wish to cancel a booking on which a security deposit has been paid, the cancellation penalties described below in the cancellation policy will apply.

1.5. Where a security deposit has been requested in advance, your booking is valid but is deemed to be finally CONFIRMED once the specified payment has been made for the specific booking and confirmation of payment received has been received by e-mail.

1.6. If payment is not made within the time period described, JOY PARK COMPLEX reserves the right to cancel the booking made.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
2.1. Cancellation of a reservation made by you can be made in one of the following ways:

2.2. In the case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation up to 7 (seven) days before arrival, the customer is not liable for a penalty, except in the case of a reservation made under special holiday packages, in which the terms for reservations and cancellations are further described.

2.3. In case of cancellation of the reservation of 6 (six) but not less than 3 (three) days before arrival, you owe a penalty of 30 (thirty) % of the total amount paid as deposit.

2.4. In the event of cancellation less than three (3) days prior to arrival or in the event of no-show on the day of arrival, the amount paid in advance for your reservation will not be refunded and the reservation will be deemed cancelled.

2.5 JOY PARK COMPLEX reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in the event of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of JOY PARK COMPLEX.

In these cases, JOY PARK complex:

Offers the client accommodation for another period, keeping the same conditions and prices.
Refund the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the tourist, without penalty to the latter.
ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
3.1. Check-in and check-out times:

Check-in every day after 14:00.
Check-in and check-out until 12:00.
3.2. In case of late check-out without prior request at the reception, the first overdue hour shall be subject to a charge of 10 (ten) % of the room rate, the second overdue hour to 50 (fifty) % and the third hour or more to 100 (one hundred) %.

Reservations are held until 24:00 on the day of arrival unless we are notified in advance of a later arrival time.

3.3. Pets are welcome in the complex. A fee may be required.

3.4. Check-in at JOYA Park Complex is by presenting identification documents proving the guests’ identity. The data provided by you is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulations governing the protection of information and is processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. Please familiarize yourself with the POLICY FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA OF CUSTOMERS OF “Badimex Dimov & Cie” Ltd (section “Privacy Policy”).

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

5.1 JOYA Park Complex undertakes to provide the Customer with the services requested and paid for in full.

5.2 JOYA PARK COMPLEX undertakes not to change the price of the services requested by the customer, except in exceptional cases where this is economically justified.

5.3 JOYA PARK COMPLEX shall not be liable for damages caused by the actions of third parties.

5.4. All claims relating to the quality of the services paid for must be made by the customer on site at JOYA Park Complex to remedy the deficiencies. The claim shall be made in writing.

5.5 No refunds will be made for services requested but not used in whole or in part due to the fault of the customer.

5.6. All prices announced on the website of JOY PARK complex, as well as in the e-mail messages of JOY PARK complex sent to the client, are in Bulgarian leva including VAT and tourist tax. In some cases they may be linked to other offers, promotions and conditions. If you need further information about our offers, our team is at your disposal.

5.7 The cost of additional services is not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid for separately at JOY PARK complex.

5.8. JOY PARK COMPLEX is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from the rooms, restaurants or relaxation centre, or for damage caused by third parties. Personal safes are available at reception for a fee.

5.9.The Client accepts the responsibility to observe the generally accepted norms of good conduct during his/her stay at JOY PARK complex. All costs for material damage caused to JOY PARK COMPLEX are the responsibility of the client.

5.10. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms of JOYA Park Complex, according to the provisions of national legislation. Therefore, in the event of non-compliance with these regulations, JOY PARK COMPLEX reserves the right to charge, without prior notice, an additional cleaning fee of 250 BGN.

5.11. Customers using the services of JOY PARK COMPLEX must be adults according to the Bulgarian legislation /over 18 (eighteen) years of age/. Children are allowed only if accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives. Customers are obliged not to leave their children unattended on the territory of JOYA Park complex.

5.1 JOYA Park Complex reserves the right to change the information on this page and the Terms and Conditions at any time. Whilst every effort is made to provide true and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed.

5.13. When a customer makes a booking they are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Bookings accepted by telephone, email or via our website are deemed to be an emerging contractual relationship. The payment made is deemed to be acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions for the stay at JOYA Park Complex.

5.14. For all disputes and legal matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and arising in connection with the use of the www.joya-parkhotel.com website, the mandatory provisions of the law in the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
