If you choose the Golden Sands and JOYA Park complex for your family vacation, you can expect four-star comfort and exceptional service. The complex is located in a peaceful area of the resort, about ten minutes from the beach and the town. The fantastic location allows you to rest in a peaceful setting while still being close to all the entertainment.
The complex is an excellent alternative for your stay if you are looking for Golden Sands apartments for rent or a hotel. It is divided into two parts: residential part and hotel, and it provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are public transportation stops 150 m away where you may take a bus to Varna or Albena.
Varna Airport is located 23 km away and there is also a direct bus to it.
Garden and park
The garden contains more than 100 different plant species. It is intended to transform the space into a pleasant oasis of vegetation and calm. The environmental pond among the trees invites you to sit and listen to the symphony of its inhabitants while you relax. A swimming pool with a children’s section can be found among the vegetation. The professional-sized tennis court is located next to the playground, which has swings and slides

The restaurant features a main room with 80 seats and a glass-enclosed terrace with 40 seats. During the summer, you can also dine at the tables beside the pool. The stylish setting and comfortable ambiance encourage you to fully relish the food and beverages you’ve chosen. The restaurant serves Black Sea specialties as well as European and Bulgarian cuisine
Barbecue
Spending time around a barbecue is an excellent way to enjoy the summer. The region is part of a complex of Golden Sands Natural Park. It can be reserved for use upon prior request. A durable cover shields the barbecue from the damaging forces of nature.

Golden Sands, Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast treasure, boasts a 3.5-kilometer-wide beach. The soft sand, clean waters, and lack of harmful sea creatures provide real pleasure. The resort offers Bulgaria’s only official naturist beach, which includes a bar and restaurant. The beach is guarded, and there are both paid and free umbrella areas.
